00:32to save the 15 people, including children and adults, who were trapped.

00:37A wall was built in the place after the continuous rain.

00:43Then the electricity was cut off.

00:45The water was leaking.

00:46We got everything.

00:47We all came together and brought it here to the evacuation center.

00:53The rain stopped here in Quinta but most of the residential areas were still flooded.

00:59It was in Cabaan, Imelda Avenue.

01:01On the side of the road, a parking lot was built for the cars

01:05that were lifted by the residents who were trapped in the flooded areas.

01:11The cars were driven by the old refrigerators.
