00:22to achieve them. Surround yourself with people who believe in you and never underestimate

00:27the power of your own determination. Sports and dance have the incredible power to transform

00:33lives. They build confidence, teach discipline and provide a sense of accomplishment. They

00:38have been instrumental in my life, helping me to overcome my ADHD and dyslexia. And they

00:44can do the same for you. Embrace the journey, work hard and never give up on your dreams.
