Military exercises have taken place around Pembrokeshire today (Thursday) with helicopters flying over seaside towns such as Tenby and Saundersfoot.
There were plenty of people around and dog walkers on the beaches that stopped in their tracks to stand and watch as the helicopter circled Tenby harbour, North and South beaches before heading back towards neighbouring seaside village of Saundersfoot.
The choppers weren’t nearly as low as back in the summer however, when sunbathers in Saundersfoot, Tenby and on nearby beaches had a very up close and personal visit by a very loud Chinook CH47 military helicopter on the hottest day of the year in June - as it headed over the harbour and shores of the seaside village!
