00:00Many places in the country will experience a rainy Tuesday.

00:04The Orange Rainfall Warning was raised in Oriental Mindoro.

00:08Floods and landslides were high in the middle of the rain there.

00:12The Yellow Rainfall Warning was lowered in Romblon, Antique, Gimaras, Aklan, and several parts of Iloilo.

00:20There are also similar storms here in Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, and Batangas.

00:26Residents are also being alerted from a flood or landslide.

00:30The Orange and Yellow Rainfall Warnings will be in effect until 11 a.m.

00:35Based on the rainfall forecast of Metro Weather, it will rain almost all of Luzon in the next few hours.

00:42Heavy to intense rains are expected in some places, so be alert for a possible flood or landslide.

00:47The chance of rain is also high here in Metro Manila.

00:50The recent weather is the effect of a strong typhoon, Carina.

00:55The last seen center of the typhoon, 380 km east of Apari, Cagayan.

01:00The typhoon Carina left its strength at 130 km per hour.

01:05The typhoon is moving north-northwest at a speed of 10 km per hour.

01:10Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 is now high in Batanes, Babuyan Islands,

01:16northern and eastern portion of mainland Cagayan,

01:19eastern portion of Isabela,

01:21northern portion of Apayao,

01:23northern portion of Ilocos Norte,

01:25northern portion of Aurora,

01:27Pulillo Islands, Calaguas Islands,

01:29and northern portion of Catanduanes.

01:32Based on the forecast track of the typhoon,

01:34the center of the typhoon may hit the northern portion of Taiwan

01:37between Wednesday night and Thursday morning

01:41before it continues to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

01:45The typhoon is trying to avoid the spread of the typhoon

01:48to the coastal areas of Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
