00:20is the distribution of financial assistance to farmers and fishermen affected by El Niño.
00:27More than 2,000 farmers and fisherfolks received P10,000
00:33from the Presidential Assistance to Farmers, Fisherfolks, and their Families
00:38with a total amount of more than P271 million.
00:43The President also included other interventions
00:47such as agri machinery and equipment, motorized boats,
00:51and other efforts to help increase the production and income of our countrymen.
00:58In his message, President R. Marcos expressed his continued support
01:03to the farmers and fishermen affected by the drought.

06:28Support to Participatory Budgeting worth P207 million.
06:34The National Irrigation Administration also turned over 13 irrigation projects,
06:40where four irrigation projects will be received by the province of Apayaw.
06:46Roman Alawag is one of those affected by El Niño and received assistance.
