00:00Elias Mohammed set up shop outside his home in Hare Hills when he started
00:05selling halal hot dogs. After receiving abuse from people passing by he decided
00:12to get a shelter and it was this £90 caravan online that he bought for his
00:19new venture. With his unusual concept proving popular amongst people online
00:25and in person people started making graphics about Moe who then went viral
00:32after DJMT kept posting about Moe and his street dogs on Facebook but now the
00:41council have said it's time for Moe to go unless he gets adequate training and
00:47planning permission to run his venture as a registered food business. But for
00:53Moe his dream may be over just for the while but he's looking at new ventures
