00:00I was new, so I didn't know the rule and the counsellor guys, they stopped me and they
00:06said that you can't ride on the bike 10 to 4.
00:11So I did fine and then I was being very careful.
00:20Some of the delivery men ride their bicycle risklessly, especially they have a big motor
00:27or maybe 100 watts, it's so much dangerous.
00:30But they are in different countries, so that I am new here, I have no new experience.
00:35Sometimes the administration, especially police or city council take action against them,
00:41but two or three days they obey their rules and again they do their reckless driving.
00:50The law basically is not meant to be broken, so everyone should follow the rules, I think.
00:57And whoever drives dangerously shouldn't do that.
01:03I think any kind of fine is a deterrent.
01:06I think the important thing is that pedestrians are protected and given the rights that they
01:11should have to walk in what is mainly a pedestrianised area and to feel safe doing so.
01:16We get a lot of visitors to the city and they assume that they are not going to bump into
01:21traffic or traffic is not going to bump into them.
01:23A lot of delivery drivers know each other because they all work together.
01:28So I feel like if they know someone and they've been asked, I've just got a £100 fine, I'm
01:32also scared and vice versa for all their friends.
01:35It's a bit of a mess to get across.
