Going To The Vet, As Told From A Cat's Perspective

Woke up this morning
In a patch of sunlight at the end of the bed
Woke up my human
By sticking my bottom on the top of her head
But she didn’t mind, But she didn’t mind
This time, I wondered why

But then I saw her reach to the top of the closet where she
Keeps this thing she puts me in
When we go out
It scares me half to death
We go bump in the car
And she doesn’t drive far
So I know it’s not a trip to see grandma
It dawns on me we’re going to the vet

They’re singing oh no what ya gonna do
What ya gonna do when the vet gets you
Gonna check my weight my teeth my ears
My bum my vet's my biggest fear's the vet

And the we get to
The waiting room
Where there’s a chorus of dogs
Ferrets snakes and frogs they’re singing
