00:07In our latest satellite images, we can see that there are still two weather systems that are affecting our country.
00:12The Southwest Monsoon or Habagat, which still brings cloudy skies with particular rains
00:19in the northern part of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
00:24In the eastern part, the low-pressure area is still here,
00:27which we continue to monitor, last seen 200 kilometers east-northeast of Surigao City in Surigao del Norte.
00:35As of now, the possibility that this will be a storm is still there, while it is still approaching the clouds.
00:41Even so, whether or not this low-pressure area will be a storm, we will keep an eye on it
00:46because it will continue to bring rains in the next few days,
00:49particularly in the part of Visayas and Southern Luzon, especially the Bicol region.
00:55To our countrymen here in the area of Visayas, here in the area of Caraga, and in the Bicol region,
01:02as well as in other parts of Southern Luzon,
01:04we expect that in the next two to three days, this low-pressure area will continue to bring rains,

01:22will continue to experience thunderstorms, isolated rain showers and thunderstorms,
01:27including Central Luzon and parts of Calabarzon and Metro Manila.
