"It's not just been a smooth journey to enable us to be ready for this service today - lots of different obstacles, hindrances, challenges that seemed to block the way. But each challenge that seemed to block the way was accompanied by a miracle where God made a way. And I think this is a lesson of life. This is a principle I want you to reflect on, people of God. Look, in this journey of faith, you will experience both challenges and miracles. 00:02People of God, you are all very welcome to this new God’s Heart TV Studio!

00:12I want to thank our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ because

00:22the fact that we are standing here right now in this new God's Heart TV Studio

00:30is an undeniable evidence of God's goodness.

00:37Indeed, we have seen vision become reality.

00:45And I want to share with you - when God's Heart TV started back in January 2022,

00:57one of our prayers was, ‘Lord, we ask for the grace to have a building

01:10that will be dedicated to Your work,

01:18a place which can become a springboard from which the Word of God can go forth

01:26to the four corners of the world.

01:31Today, we have taken a very giant step in the fulfillment of that.

01:42Here we are today in the new God's Heart TV Studio.

01:46And this studio is actually within a chapel.

01:51The chapel has been here for more than 100 years.

01:57Just take a moment and think about that.

01:59This chapel, this area has been dedicated to the work of God, to the purposes of God

02:06for more than 100 years.

02:10The name originally is Jerusalem Chapel.

02:15And I want to declare in this very first service

02:20that the work of God will continue here at Jerusalem Chapel.

02:26We will continue to have this building dedicated to the purposes of God.

02:38We thank Jesus for the prayers of many years from those who have been here.

02:47And we thank God for each step of this journey of faith.

02:55I want to just especially appreciate the team,

03:05the wonderful team that God has given us here at God’s Heart TV.

03:09I want to tell you, brothers and sisters in Christ,

03:13for us to be here at this moment in today's service, there has been a lot of sacrifice.

03:22People have sacrificed their time, strength, energy, finances

03:30just to enable us to be here today for this service.

03:36God is the Rewarder.

03:44The team God has given us is far more important than the technology that surrounds us.

03:54So I want to salute the faith of the God’s Heart TV Team, the volunteers.

04:01Right now, there are people working behind the scenes.

04:05We may not see them, but they are working behind the scenes

04:09to enable us to have this service today.

04:12So thank you, people of God.

04:15And of course to everyone, thank you for your prayers, your love, your support

04:21on this wonderful journey of faith.

04:23Here we are for the very first service in the new God’s Heart TV Studio,

04:29the first of many by the grace of God.

04:33And let me be very honest and transparent with you.

04:38This last month, there have been many different obstacles.

04:46It's not just been a smooth journey to enable us to be ready for this service today -

04:53lots of different obstacles, hindrances, challenges that seemed to block the way.

05:03But each challenge that seemed to block the way

05:12was accompanied by a miracle where God made a way.

05:16And I think this is a lesson of life.

05:19This is a principle I want you to reflect on, people of God.

05:23Look, in this journey of faith, you will experience both challenges and miracles.

05:35And both are reminders that we are not in control.

05:51We are not in control.

05:55And I think that's healthy. That’s good spiritually.

05:57Because there is no easier pathway to pride than the illusion of control.

06:09Think about that, people of God.

06:11Maybe you're thinking to yourself, ‘Hey, I'm in control.

06:15Everything seems to be in control. I'm in control right now.’

06:19Be careful.

06:22There is a situation beyond your control lurking around the corner.

06:28If you think you're in control,

06:30what will you do when a circumstance beyond your control hits -

06:36something beyond the ability of man’s wisdom, natural talents, natural gifts,

06:44money, position, possessions - beyond the ability of things on the outside to solve.

06:50Where will you run to?

06:52Where will you turn to?

06:54So these challenges and equally the miracles are a reminder -

07:00we are not in control but God is.

07:06Look, as Christians, we are not here to control the Controller.

07:14No. We're not here to command the Commander.

07:19We're not here to instruct the Instructor.

07:23We're here to surrender, to submit to Him.

07:32So, people of God, thank you from the bottom of our hearts

07:36for being part of this incredible journey of faith.
