00:00The residents of Ayala Alabang Village, Pumalag, said that there are people living in their area who work for the POGO.

00:07Yet the LGU has an ordinance regarding the construction of houses and establishments.

00:14An anti-POGO motorcade was held yesterday by some residents of Ayala Alabang Village

00:23as a punishment for the POGO workers who live in more than 100 houses in their subdivision.

00:28We have houses there that are not legal activities, so we are just gathering evidence.

00:40Residents are also criticizing the existence of the POGO workers' bodyguards.

00:44They are big perverts.

00:47As you can see, their bodyguards are jogging, even with their guns out.

00:55On May 18, two members of the Special Action Force of the PNP were arrested for being bodyguards of a Chinese national who lives in the village.

01:04But it has not been confirmed if the Chinese national is connected to the POGO.

01:09According to the Muntinlupa LGU, the LGU has an ordinance regarding the construction of houses and establishments in the city.

01:15We passed an ordinance requiring the lesors to issue a certification or report that they have inspected the properties that they lease out.

01:25So they can have accountability because it means that they are inspecting their property and they are making sure that nothing illegal is happening.

01:35But in the case of Ayala Alabang Village, the government says it's hard for it to enter.

01:39The level of privacy and security there is high.

01:42I recommended to the barangay that we can do checking of bodyguards inside.

01:49Because if it's a bodyguard, you assume that they have firearms.

01:52And the firearms are regulated by the PNP.

01:56So the PNP can do spot checking.

01:59But the village needs permission for that.

02:05According to Muntinlupa Mayor Rufy Biazon, the barangay inspected Ayala Alabang with the Muntinlupa Police in the village.

02:12We are ready and willing to do whatever it takes within the law to exercise our authority against those who are violating the law.

02:21We are trying to get a reaction from the Ayala Alabang Village Association.
