00:00South-West Monsoon will continue to pass through the northern part of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

00:08Because of the low pressure, we will experience heavy rainfall in a large part of our country,

00:14particularly here in the whole of Mindanao and the western section of Southern Luzon and Visayas.

00:21At the moment, we are also being monitored by a low-pressure area outside our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:28This LPA was last seen earlier this morning at a distance of 885 kilometers from Central Luzon.

00:36Within the next 24 hours, there is a high chance of the so-called low-pressure area

00:41becoming a storm or tropical depression.

00:44But even so, we do not expect the direct effect of the so-called bad weather in the other part of our country.

00:53In the next few days, the so-called North-West War will continue to move towards Vietnam.

00:59We are also being monitored by a crowd cluster in the northern part of Mindanao.

01:03In the next few days, the so-called bad weather,

01:06it is also possible to experience a low-pressure area

01:09where it is possible to experience heavy rainfall in the northern part of Visayas and Mindanao

01:15for the next three to five days.

01:17In the next few days, due to the combined effect of the South-West Monsoon

01:25we expect a high chance of a cloud and widespread thunderstorm in a large part of Visayas

01:32or in the whole of Mindanao, the whole of Visayas, and also here in the western section of Southern Luzon.

01:39This will continue to be clear in time in Metro Manila and in the vast majority of our country,

01:44except for the chances of sudden and rapid rainfall caused by localized thunderstorms.

01:52And for the location of our weather today here in Luzon,

01:56due to the strong winds, we still expect this cloudy sky

02:00with widespread rain, thunder and lightning in the western part of Mindoro.

02:05It is clearer in time than what we expect here in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon,

02:11but we are still prepared for the chances of sudden or isolated rain showers or localized thunderstorms

02:18brought by the storm, especially here in the western section of Southern Luzon,

02:22particularly in the areas of Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, and also here in Bataan.

02:30Maximum temperature forecast for the day ahead is possible to reach 33 degrees Celsius.

02:3625 degrees here in Baguio City and 36 degrees Celsius in Togegarao.

02:41Maximum temperature forecast for Metro Manila today is possible to reach 32 degrees Celsius.

02:4731 degrees here in Tagaytay and 32 degrees Celsius in Legazpi.

02:55In the area of Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao,

02:59the whole of Mindanao, western and central Visayas,

03:02and also here in Palawan, the other legion of the Calayan Islands,
