00:31So what we can do is have your students come to standing and walk to the back of their
00:35chair.
00:37This brain break asks your students to put different body parts and connect them with
00:42the chair.
00:43For example, you might ask your students to put one heel and one finger on the chair.
00:52And then you can start over.
00:53Maybe another example could be one hand, one foot, and the other pointer finger.
01:01So have fun, get creative, make sure your students stay safe, and always keep one support
01:06on the floor.

01:18Remember, we want to connect different parts of our body to the chair.
01:22We'll call them out, and I want you guys to get as creative as you want to with how
