00:00Stage 14 of the Tour de France starts in Pau, a stage town for the 75th time in Tour history.
00:06It's the first mountaintop finish of this year's race and so the battle for the general classification on the double header weekend in the Pyrenees is firmly on.
00:14The stage is 151.9km long with 4000m of elevation.
00:19There's one intermediate sprint to contend with, followed by the all category climb, the Col de Tourmalet.
00:24The 19km climb will be crested with 62.3km to go.
00:28After a fast descent, the riders will begin the next categorised climb of the day, the Orchid d'Arcissant.
00:34After a descent, there is no respite for the riders as they begin the finishing climb, the Pla de Hadet.
