00:48and prosecutors over the withholding of evidence from the defense.
00:52The defense argued that prosecutors hid evidence from them about the ammunition that may be
00:57related to the shooting on the film set.
01:00The prosecution said that the ammunition wasn't connected to the case and wasn't hidden.
01:05Sommer put a pause on the trial earlier on Friday while she considered the defense motion
01:10to dismiss the case.
01:12Speaking outside the court in Santa Fe, Special Prosecutor Kari Morrissey said she was disappointed
01:18but respected the court's decision.
01:21Baldwin climbed into an SUV outside the courthouse without speaking to the media.
01:26Cinematographer Helena Hutchins was shot and killed on the set of the film Rust in 2021.
01:35Freddie Bolleri will temporarily leave Albanian prison to be sworn in as an MEP in Strasbourg
01:42according to the Greek public broadcaster ERT.
01:46Bolleri, a member of Albania's ethnically Greek minority, is serving a prison sentence

01:58The 52-year-old was elected to European Parliament earlier this year.
