00:00Yesterday, I spent 45 minutes with the President.
00:03We'd spoken on the phone, as you can imagine,
00:05but this was an opportunity to discuss a number of issues.
00:09We were billed for 45 minutes.
00:11We probably went on for the best part of an hour,
00:14covered a lot of ground, and he was in good form.
00:17And it was also a really good opportunity for me,
00:21as the new Prime Minister of the United Kingdom,
00:23just literally in week one, to speak to the President
00:27about the special relationship, which matters to him,
00:30matters to me, and of course, to make absolutely clear
00:34our unshakable support for NATO,
00:36to be here at the NATO Summit.
00:38So it was a good session, covered a lot of ground,
00:41strategic stuff as well.
00:43And obviously, we've had two days of the Council now
00:47with, you know, actually a very successful outcome,
00:51President Zelensky saying, this is a success.
00:54And so I do think he deserves credit for that.
