00:00Yeah, and look, I mean, the odds are telling us, basically, it's not bettable as far as
00:09the money line on this.
00:10Maybe there's another way to bet this on FanDuel, but Jokovic, as we just saw, minus 9.50 on
00:15the money line, Lusetti plus 6.10.
00:18And you mentioned historical perspective.
00:19I mean, that's kind of where Jokovic is at this point.
00:23And players from the past, I mean, I remember that incredible run Pete Sampras has, everybody
00:27remembers Roger Federer over the last 20 years, incredible eight championships, Sampras
00:31seven.
00:32Jokovic is chasing his eighth Wimbledon title.
00:35I'm not all that familiar with William Renshaw or Lawrence Dougherty, but I am familiar with
00:40the others.
00:41So I guess if he wins this one, he ties Federer.
00:44And I suppose there would be no stopping him, Kenny, like he could probably try and break
00:49it next year.
00:50Yeah, I mean, I'm not familiar with them either.
00:54That was way before my time.
00:55So no, that's definitely something that is in play here.
00:59I mean, I think winning this on a bum knee, right, almost on one and a half legs would
01:04be very, very impressive.
01:05And I think especially with the way Carlos Alcaraz played today, I thought last year
01:09in the final, Jokovic should have won.
01:11It was a pretty poor performance from him.
01:14I'm a little worried about the knee.
01:17I still am.
01:18I think that, like I said, he hasn't really been pushed enough on it, and he's going to
01:21get pushed in a big way against Alcaraz.
01:24So, you know, I also am worried the fact that he's sort of tried to incite the crowd
01:27to get against him, because that is generally what we see from Jokovic when he knows he's
01:32a little concerned that he needs a little extra to get through these matches if you
01:35want to play a psychological game.
01:38But yeah, I mean, look, eight Wimbledon's would be would be stellar.
01:40I think, you know, you're looking at a guy right here who's only lost four times on grass
01:44since 2013, which is just absolutely spectacular.
01:47And in this match today, yeah, I think the best way to bet it is the under 34 and a half
01:51games.
01:52So if you look at the two meetings they've had on quicker courts, on hard courts, Mousseti
01:57has won just nine games in four sets they've played.
02:00And over his career, Mousseti is a 500 player on hard courts.
02:04So this is a guy that's done very good work on clay.
02:07That's why he's in.
02:08He's risen to the top 20.
02:10But this is a guy that does not have the game to play on grass, his top spins hit with way
02:14too much forehand.
02:15He doesn't have enough force behind the serve.
02:17It's very erratic.
02:18I thought he was very fortunate to run into Taylor Fritz in the in the quarterfinals who
02:22just gave that match away.
02:25You know, not a good player under pressure, really crumbled in that match and gave Mousseti
02:30a way to win that match in the fifth.
02:31So I do think that this is a much different situation here.
02:34And Mousseti for all the work that he's done against Djokovic, you know, all of his storied
02:39matches against Djokovic have featured blown leads.
02:41He had a two sets to one lead to get the French Open.
02:43I had a two sets to love lead at the French Open when they first played a couple of years
02:47ago.
02:48And then Mousseti won one game in the next two and a half sets before retiring at four
02:51love in the in the fifth set on what was a phantom injury.
02:55He was not hurt.
02:56He was just his brain was maybe hurt.
02:58His feelings were hurt.
02:59But yeah, this is I think this is going to be a pretty quick match when you just look
03:02at the way that Mousseti plays on faster surfaces, especially against Djokovic, despite the fact
03:07that Djokovic may not be 100 percent.
03:09I would think he's probably at 85 percent right now.
03:12He still should be able to do this because the last few rounds, he's just had the same
03:17sort of opponents who have been trying to just play a big game, hit through them, just
03:21take the matches of their own hands.
03:22And it has not worked out.
03:23Rarely does against Djokovic.
03:24So I would think that this match goes under the total.
03:27That's probably the best way to play it.
03:29I did get some questions about maybe playing the first set, but I would actually think
03:33Mousseti keeps the first set relatively close and then and then falls away.
