01:11We're going to give it a nice stir. Pour it over a nice chunk of ice. Nice orange zest on top.
01:23A nice zest of orange. And that's it, Mezcal Negron.
01:29So we're going to put 40 mls of House Vodka, 25 mls of Sugar Syrup, 25 mls of Coffee Mezcal and 50 mls of Coffee.
01:59So the drink is completely clarified, pre-batched and is poured, is already ready to pour in
02:23the mixing glass, with a dash of Grapefruit Bitter. We serve the drink in a frozen glass.
