00:21Of course, it's because of our colleagues

00:23who also have positive vibes.

00:24But, my fellow Filipinos,

00:28among the highest positive emotions in the whole world.

00:35The teacher, Francis,

00:36is a pioneer,

00:37especially since he left his two children in Romblon.

00:41Despite this and the other problems he is facing,

00:44he still chooses to remain positive every day.

00:48I'm a positive person.

00:50Whatever struggles I encounter every day,

00:54we can't avoid them.

00:56Like financial problems,

00:59I overcome them by means of praying.

01:03Positive emotions are also the reason

01:05why some of us are still talking.

01:08They think,

01:09emotions have a domino effect

01:11on the whole day of a person.

01:13Because, that's how life is.

01:15We should always be positive.

01:18if you're always negative,

01:20it's like nothing will happen.

01:22And it's like you'll die more,

01:23and your mental health is at risk.

01:25Life is a choice,

01:26and happiness is a choice.

01:28So, if you're stuck in a problem

01:33nothing will make your life better.

01:35In the 2024 Gallup Global Emotions Report

01:38conducted in 2023,

01:4082% of Filipino respondents

01:43said they experienced positive emotions

01:46one day before the survey was conducted.

01:49This is lower than 85% in 2022.

01:53However,

01:54the Philippines is still one of the top 10 countries

01:57with the highest positive experience index

02:01in the world.

02:02For Mr. Lamberto,

02:04it's challenging to stay positive

02:06in the midst of a difficult life.

02:09The family expenses,

02:12that's how it is every day.

02:14Like me,

02:16I'm from Norway,

02:19and I'm still looking for a job here.

02:21I still have problems with my expenses every day.

02:30Maris, most of the people we talked to

02:33have problems with money.

02:35But they said to stay positive

02:37because negative is prohibited.
