00:54For BUDI Madani, actually, the process of collecting requests

01:01with PADU does happen.

01:04If we compare it to before, without PADU, for example,

01:10when a program of assistance is announced by the government,

01:15the request happens.

01:17The request needs to be collected one by one.

01:20It needs data from various departments,

01:23LHDN, JPJ, etc.

01:27So, the collection process is actually long.

01:30And if there are hundreds of thousands of requests,

01:34that is what delays it.

01:36So now, requests are happening to get assistance from BUDI Madani.

01:43Behind that, the collection is done by PADU.

01:48Then, about the parameters,

01:50the parameters are set by MOF, of course.

01:54But after taking into account the macro and granular data,

02:00which is now being referred to by the government.

02:03So, every ministry or agency that wants to develop their own assistance program,

02:09is different from before, where each has to look for data

02:13and has their own parameters.

02:15The parameters are set by PADU,

02:19but it is still up to the ministries and agencies to set those parameters.

02:25For the purpose of diesel,

02:27it is set for about 400,000 people who have a diesel vehicle

02:34and their annual income is below 100,000.

02:38They should be eligible to get it

02:41because most of them are small businesses

02:48that use pickup trucks for business.

02:51So, that process will also happen to all other ministries.

02:56That is why now we are finalizing the standard operation procedure

03:03so that every ministry that wants to develop their own program,

03:08can get data from PADU to determine the parameters for diesel and so on.
