VHS Finds Quickie: Wednesday July 10th, 2024
I recently ordered 3 VHS tapes from Amazon, 2 of them came in the mail today. 1 of these is pretty rare so be prepared.

00:23quick VHS finds video for Wednesday July 10th 2024 I recently got some got
00:35three VHS tapes from eBay and two of them came in the mail today one of them
00:44is a very rare tape which I will show you in a little bit but the first let me
00:57get the first one out of here but let me show you the first one that came in the
01:02mail today this is another Doctor Who tape from the Tom Baker era this is the
01:12Keeper of Trocken says it stars Tom Baker
01:26I know that LJ Network has this on a DVD
01:35this one is from CBS Fox video and Fox video along with the BBC video
01:51this is one of Tom Baker's last oh this is yeah this is one of the stories from
02:01his last season as Doctor Who before Peter Davidson took over this was
02:15originally aired from January 31st to February 21st 1981
02:2498 minutes this is from 1994 has this pamphlet for some BBC comedy videos
02:52which include the Dangerous Brothers yes Prime Minister Red Dwarf 4 and Fry
03:03and Maury and it also has the all the I do have some of the are you being served
03:23I don't have faulty towers as of yet I do have pride of prejudice and sense of
03:34sensibility and Mansfield Park
03:42and there's all the Doctor Who I will try and get most of them or the ones
03:57that I'm able to find I'll try and get those
04:02now there's that here's the tape which this needs to be rewound tape number is
04:2214 and printed on the second week of 1994 there's the barcode just a second
04:42all right now for the one that I that is really really a rare VHS tape and I
04:56didn't expect to find any of these around but lo and behold I I did I did
05:06manage to find one of them this is a this one this is another Warner Home
05:16Video Big W clamshell copy like I said this one is really rare this is called
05:31tip-top with Susie Pruden yeah I didn't expect to find this either on eBay or on
05:48Amazon but I found this on Amazon
05:54so and this is from the children's category
06:09created and hosted by Susie Pruden a co-production of Warner MX satellite
06:18entertainment company and Warner Home Video which as you know Warner MX
06:28satellite entertainment company were the co were the creators of a little channel
06:36called MTV music television which is now owned by Paramount the same folks who
06:45own CBS but yeah now despite I did order like I said I did get this from
06:58Amazon but the picture I saw on Amazon had the cheesy shield logo but this one
07:08has the Big W logo I'm not complaining it's just something I noticed but I
07:16would have gotten it anyways because like I said this is a rare one and very
07:22tough to find so if you're gonna look for one of these well good luck and it
07:35also says it's for ages 7 and over
07:41kids that it's fun to keep fit now I did see a clip of this particular tape on
08:09one of Jordan Rios Warner Home Video demo tapes that he uploads the clip I
08:21saw this is from his demo which also has a preview for Lady Hawk now I may be
08:32wrong on that but I'm sure I saw a clip of this on one of his demo on one of

08:48this is 48 minutes
08:52there's the Warner Home Video engraved
09:22this does have oversized reels and again this one this one needs to be rewound
09:38and the print date on this tape is October 20th 1982
09:53and it has that Warner Home Video 4 on the side
10:07yeah like I said very rare find for me
10:22so I will do the opening to this over on my variety channel on Amazon all right
