00:00The Human Resources Ministry will conduct an independent audit of Human Resource Development
00:07Corporation following findings by the Public Accounts Committee and the National Audit

00:13Human Resources Minister Stephen Sim said a third-party auditor would be appointed by
00:18July 31st to review all processes and documentation related to the issues raised.
00:24He said the timeline for the audit and report publication will be determined once the auditor
00:29is appointed.
00:31Sim added that the audit will run concurrently with investigations by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption
00:36Commission and other authorities.
00:38He also announced a special task force led by the Ministry's Secretary-General Khairul
00:43Zaimi Daud to facilitate investigations, review reports and findings from MACC, and oversee
00:49the audit.
00:51Sim said the task force will ensure follow-up actions and necessary improvements are implemented.
