The NSW government has released plans for the rezoning of land near four railway stations in Kellyville and Bella Vista, Hornsby and Macquarie, to create capacity for 30,000 new homes.

01:28be about 40 minutes from the city.
01:30Eventually the station will be a short walk from thousands of new homes.
