01:16The United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea or UNCLOS recognized that the Philippines has the right to the Philippine rice.
01:23We will defend our maritime domain. The Philippine rice is our seas.
01:28We have the right to oversee and discover it and protect it because the Philippine rice is our future.
01:36We will fight for our rights.
01:39This includes the continuous maintenance of the rich marine biodiversity in the area.
01:43That is why the routine patrol of the Northern Luzon Command will continue.
