00:00to increase the production of rice, to increase the production of maize, to increase the production of wheat, to increase the production of livestock,
00:16to increase the production of other species, to increase the consumption of water, how to use water efficiently.
00:26For the training of all these things, 1,000 children will be sent to China for training.
00:32I have spoken to them there.
00:34So the children and girls from all four provinces will be sent to China on merit.
00:39The high achievers, there is no recommendation, the high achievers will send them on merit.
00:43In this regard, we will pay another four billion rupees to the officials for their harvest for a month.
00:58So that the farmers do not have any difficulty in harvesting.
01:03And he will pay this part of his one month without any fear.
01:13So I think this is a very revolutionary package that we have decided today.
01:20And with this promise, there are about 10 lakh tools in the whole of Pakistan that run on oil.
01:27Now, if I tell you the estimate of the oil import, three and a half billion dollars.
01:36Now tell me, if we have decided today that we will save 80-90 billion rupees a year,
01:46then how much will the farmers get when they run their tools on solar?
02:02We have made it a business model.
02:08We will work with the provinces, we will get loans from the banks.
02:16And of course, there will be no risk in those loans.
02:19See how expensive it is to make electricity from oil and how cheap it is to make it from solar.
02:26The government of Pakistan, by giving three and a half billion dollars,
02:29will get rid of its very limited exchange rate.
02:36We will take the lead in the Ministry of Power, Ministry of Finance and Planning Ministers.
02:42And we will sit with the provinces and make this model very soon.
02:45And I will interact directly with the banks.
02:49And this is a very big reform package.
02:53A deep-rooted structural change will come, God willing.
02:57For which this government has come into existence.
03:00Today, if we are drowning in loans,
03:03if we are stuck in loans,
03:05and if loans have mortgaged our progeny,
03:10then no one could have been more cruel and unjust in 76 years.
03:15Today, if we all work together to save our lives and cut the ropes,
03:23if we all work together, the provinces and ministries,
03:30then the future generations will not forgive us if we lose this opportunity.
03:38So I think that our next phase is that in the whole of Pakistan,
03:43we will come up with a plan for the 100,000 people who work in oil.
03:48We will come up with a business model very soon.
03:51And the people who work in electricity,
03:54there are about 2.5 to 3 lakh people who work in electricity.
03:58So after today's session, this will be a big quantum jump.
04:05We have to make a big leap in the national interest.
04:10Today, when I came to Balochistan,
04:13I want to say that Wafaaq has allocated scholarships for Balochistan in its budget this year.
04:30Because it is possible that other provinces will say,
04:34but Allah has given a lot of resources to other provinces through NFC.
04:41Balochistan also gets a share from NFC, but their geography is very large.
04:46It is the largest province in terms of population, but the distances are very large.
04:55So managing those distances is not an ordinary thing.
04:59We need resources for this.
05:01That is why we have successfully allocated scholarships here.
05:07In the same way, we have to send 1,000 children to China.
05:12I have spoken to the graduates who have obtained degrees from agricultural universities.
05:18They have to be given agricultural training in the practical field.
05:23How to grow cotton, how to grow rice, how to grow maize, wheat, livestock,
05:32or which species you have to leave behind, which species consumes more water,
05:40how to use water better.
05:42For all these things, Wafaaq will send 1,000 children to China for training.
05:48I have spoken to them there.
05:50High achievers from all four provinces will be sent to China on merit.
06:00Inshallah, the training will be given to them.
06:02The share of Balochistan will be 10% more than the rest of the provinces.
06:07Obviously, for the reason that I just mentioned.
06:11In the same way, for IT training, we have signed an agreement with Huawei
06:16for training of 300,000 children and adolescents annually.
06:23The children of free Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan will be included.
06:29We will give 10% more quota to Balochistan.
