00:00You know, it's so important. These guys work so hard and you get to, you know,
00:05certainly I get to spend time with guys like Blake and you see him come in
00:09to Hendrick Motorsports and there's a lot of pressure and expectations there
00:13and so that's the same way for Alex and all the drivers and so it's
00:18important that, you know, you gel and the chemistry comes and the efforts there
00:22but you got to win. At some point you got to win not just because you're at
00:26Hendrick Motorsports, it's because, you know, it's really hard to get the team
00:32where they need to be to compete at the highest level on a regular basis, make
00:36the playoffs, then compete at a high level in the playoffs without victories
00:39coming to just remind everybody that we're doing the right things and we're
00:44working in the right direction and, you know, we're working well together. So,
00:48yeah, I think today was a huge day for both of these guys and the whole team
00:53and I couldn't be more proud or happy for the whole group because, you know, I
01:00know what kind of pressure that they've been feeling and it's amazing for
01:04all of us now, you know, to have all four cars in the playoffs and it's probably a
01:09bit of a reset now, right, of, okay, that weight just keeps getting heavier and
01:14heavier every week and I think it just makes it harder and harder and
01:18then they come in here and get asked a lot of questions. So, I'm sure for both
01:23of them it's nice to have this one off their back and then just start focusing
01:27forward on, you know, getting where they need to be in the playoffs.
