00:00 >> Here in victory lane with the winning crew chief at talladega, Billy Scott, Tyler Reddick,
00:04 this number 45 team, you guys showed speed working through a different strategy here
00:08 at talladega.
00:09 But let's talk about turn four on the final lap.
00:12 Do you think you had a shot at the win?
00:15 >> Honestly no.
00:16 That was probably the point in the last 25 laps where I thought we had the least shot
00:20 at it.
00:21 And honestly just hoping at that point to get back to the line in one piece and get
00:25 some points out of the day.
00:26 We've struggled at speedway races.
00:29 Put a lot of emphasis on that over the winter to get better.
00:31 And he showed that at daytona with the dual win and finished it off today.
00:35 >> You mentioned that emphasis put on super speedway racing.
00:37 But it's lately come down to saving fuel and a completely different strategy, especially
00:42 on pit road.
00:43 How do you call a race like this?
00:45 >> It's interesting.
00:47 But it's just in the driver's hands a lot of it.
00:49 Like you said, they have to do a good job saving fuel.
00:51 The whole field is doing it.
00:52 And they have to execute on the green flag stop.
00:55 And he did that great all three stages.
00:57 Got stage points in the first two.
00:59 And yeah, finished it off.
01:01 >> Congratulations, Billy.
01:02 Welcome to the playoffs.
01:03 >> Yes, thank you very much.
