00:00Let me just get other people's questions.
00:03So one foreign policy question.
00:05Viktor Orban today is in Moscow.
00:07The NATO summit is coming up next week.
00:09Is it troubling to the White House that Orban is showing up in Moscow to meet with Putin at this moment, right,
00:20where they've just signed up to join NATO in providing weapons, sort of a concerted way to provide weapons?
00:27It's a good question. We are concerned.
00:29We are concerned that Prime Minister Orban would choose to make this trip to Moscow,
00:33which will not advance the cause of peace and is counterproductive to promoting Ukraine's sovereignty,
00:39territorial integrity and independence.
00:42Russia could end this war today by seizing their aggression against Ukraine,
00:46against their sovereignty, against their democracy.
00:48They can withdraw. They can withdraw right now.
00:51And so it is of concern to us.
00:53And look, we're looking, the President certainly is looking forward to the NATO summit.
00:58Let's not forget, the NATO summit is stronger because of this President's leadership.
01:03Obviously, we added two more countries to NATO, and that's because of what this President has been able to do.
01:08And because of the strength of NATO, remember Putin thought NATO would be weakened.
01:13It is now stronger, and because of the strength of NATO,
01:16they are able to show support and continue that support for Ukraine.
