00:00So I wanted to analyze my running technique, my style and then I just uploaded it on Instagram
00:21and TikTok and people seemed to be interested and yeah, then I liked the exchange and so
00:26now it just has grown a lot.
00:31So I focus on the 400 meter as well as the 400 meter hurdles.
00:35I compete on national level.
00:36Usually I participate at the German championships as well as the French championships.
00:44Waking up, taking my dog for a walk, maybe go for a swim, have coffee and then usually
00:49I start with work for Instagram.
00:51Usually I do like two to three hours.
00:53Have lunch, maybe do already one session and then do some more work or research and
00:58then usually I have training in the evening at around six and I train for like two hours.
01:04100% social media.
01:07So for example, I just did a campaign with Puma.
01:10They wanted two videos for the new closing for TikTok.
01:13I started making money once I had 100,000 followers.
01:17That's when I got my first contract.
01:19I think it was like €4,000 for my first contract, but it was four months.
01:27My boyfriend helps me see films with an electric skateboard and then I cut some videos and
01:32I always ask him for the opinion.
01:33It actually works much better if we do like a little bit brainstorming because it's not
01:37just like one vision.
01:42It actually allows me to live the life I'm living.
01:45I'm so grateful that Instagram came along because otherwise I don't think with 29 I
01:50would be able to finance my track career because there's no money in it for non-professionals.
02:00Many people, they're happy for you and they're inspired, especially like big athletes I'm
02:05talking to.
02:06Like they think it's great what I do because I think I put a lot of advertisement for the
02:10sport as well into the public and hopefully in the long term that we'll get more athletes
02:15out there and bring more audience back to the track.
02:21I do want to create my own business at some point, that's why I studied biochemistry,
02:25but I think I will always have one standpoint in track.
02:28I do would like to coach younger athletes, like teenagers, I think that would be something
02:32really cool.
02:33For that I need to improve my French.
