00:06On 300th June, the bill was Rs. 8,000. Now, on 100th June, the bill is Rs. 4,000, Rs. 3,500, Rs. 4,000.

00:12They send so many bills. No one is going to ask them.

00:15This is such a fine bill, Rs. 42,000. Where are we going?

00:19This is the time when the government is taking unlawful tax in the context of the bill.

00:23We will not pay the bill until justice is done with us.

00:30On one hand, there are illiterate people. On the other hand, the President of the country is provided with unlimited electricity.

00:36Even after retirement, the President gets 2,000 units of electricity per month for free.

00:40After the death of the President, the President's wife is also provided with 2,000 units of electricity for free.

00:44The Prime Minister of Pakistan is also provided with unlimited electricity for free, Chief Justice Zoran-e-Mulazimat.

00:49And after retirement, the judge of the High Court gets 2,000 units per month.

00:53After retirement, 800 units per month.

00:55A loyal minister gets Rs. 22,000 for paying the bills.

00:58While the Assembly members pay the bills themselves.

01:02While the Governor of the State Bank of Pakistan gets unlimited electricity.

01:06Similarly, 1,99,000 Wabda employees are given free electricity for Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 100,000 per year.

01:14In the budget of the State of Pakistan, at least Rs. 37,000 has been allocated.

01:20And if a family of four uses less than 200 units of electricity per month,

01:25then surcharges, fuel adjustment charges, after taxes, the bill comes close to Rs. 4,000.

01:30If one unit goes above 200 units, then the bill will exceed Rs. 8,000.

01:36And if your monthly bill is more than 200 units in six months,

01:41then you will be charged Rs. 22.95 instead of Rs. 10.06 per unit.

01:47And then general sales tax, fuel adjustment charges, finance charges,

01:50and quarterly tariff adjustment charges will also be charged according to this slab.

01:54Not only this, if you use electricity during peak hours, i.e. between 7 pm to 12 pm,

01:59then the fee unit of Rs. 29 in off-peak will cost you Rs. 50.

02:04If we break down Rs. 37,000, then anyone can become a mental patient.

02:09Although no one gets this Rs. 37,000, but even if you accept it,

02:14then subtract Rs. 6,000 from Rs. 37,000.

02:17Rs. 31,000 is left.

02:19One room, kitchen, and one bathroom.

02:21A small house is not available for less than Rs. 15,000.

02:24Subtract Rs. 15,000 from Rs. 31,000.

02:26Then Rs. 16,000 is left.

02:28Now, for the monthly ration and milk of four people,

02:32at least bare minimum given the inflation,

02:35even if you take a lot of effort,

02:37then subtract Rs. 10,000 from Rs. 16,000.

02:39The remaining Rs. 6,000 is left.

02:41Along with subtracting school fees for both the children,

02:44if you have to go to work, or for transportation,

02:46God forbid, if you fall ill, how will all this be treated?

02:50Viewers, two days ago, the rickshaw driver of Bahawalpur, Ghulam Muhammad,

02:54tried to commit suicide by spilling petrol when he received a bill of Rs. 19,581.

02:59Ghulam Muhammad said that the two meals of the children were not enough.

03:04If the meter is removed, I will pay for it myself.

03:08This is not a joke.

03:10There are millions of such households in Pakistan,

03:12who run only one fan, but their bill comes in thousands.

03:16Now, the trustee cabinet has sent a summary of the P.E. unit increase

03:20to increase the electricity tariff even more.

03:23After 51% increase in the P.E. unit tariff,

03:28it has been fixed at Rs. 48.84.

03:31And if 18% sales tax is included,

03:34the P.E. unit tariff will increase to Rs. 57.63.

03:38And if adjustments and other taxes are added,

03:41the P.E. unit tariff will increase to Rs. 65.

03:44The government has increased the electricity tariff on the condition of IMF.

03:47And NEPRA will decide on these government proposals on July 8.

03:50And if this increase is made,

03:52then in a snap, at least Rs. 3,274 billion will be burdened on the electricity tariff.

04:00And this increase will be made in addition to the fixed monthly charges.

04:03However, in the last year alone,

04:05the electricity tariff has increased by 67%.

04:08Whereas, before the elections,

04:10the same Muslim League Nawaz and the People's Party were promising to give free electricity units.

04:14May the Muslim League win.

04:17There will be gas in every house.

04:19The electricity bill will also be reduced.

04:22The people below 200 units should get free electricity.

04:25If Bilawal Bhutto becomes the Prime Minister,

04:28we will double your income.

04:31This is Bilawal Bhutto's promise

04:34that 300 units of free electricity will be provided through solar.

05:25then understand that the Prime Minister is a thief.
