00:00Hi, I'm Lucy from Average Airfreight. As you can see, we've got major works going on on the A483.
00:09Unfortunately, we've had a burst pipe this morning.
00:12We've had our guys on site from early hours trying to fix the burst.
00:16It's making it more difficult because it's actually encased in concrete, so it is hard digging.
00:21As you can see behind me, we've got multiple people on site, multiple machines,
00:25trying to get this repaired as quickly as we can.
00:28I understand the implications of this and I understand it's causing a lot of issues in regards to roading things
00:34because the road is shut. We will get it fixed as quickly as we possibly can.
00:39We just ask you to bear with us and be patient.
00:42Any updates will keep going through our social channels.
00:46Hopefully, we'll get it fixed as soon as possible.
