00:18Hi my name's Grant Peggy I'm from the Labour Party

00:22and I've been at the polling station since 20 to 7 this morning.

00:25It's really impressive to see so many people keen to vote

00:30including a queue at 10 to 7 of people wanting to get out and to cast their vote.

00:36I'm hearing from colleagues across Hallam that the turnout is much higher than in previous years.

00:43Keely I am I'm voting today we've brought our daughter along

00:47Eva and to teach her about the democratic process

00:51although she is disappointed that there are no trains at the polling station.

00:56Um I I think I will stay up I will stay up late to watch the results

01:02because I always do I think it's an important thing.

01:06I'm enthusiastic for change in the country.

01:08Lee I feel as you know we've obviously had a government who

01:14have let everyone down in the country like almost everybody

01:19and it's been a long time coming this election.

01:22It's just so I think it's about right about right time hopefully we get it.
