00:00Today I am going to talk about something which is very important when it comes to weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, overall fitness transformation and that is nutrition.
00:13So, we should be majorly focused on nutrition. Why? Because today nutrition is important everywhere and it is very important to take a balanced nutrition meal when it comes to transformation or fitness.
00:24So, where do we get nutrition from? We get it from food. But today, not every food is nutritious. That is also the thing which we need to understand.
00:37Along with that, I would like to tell you that we need to pay attention to our diet and we need to take care of everything.
00:45For example, are we using proper vegetables? Are we using fruits? Fruits which are high in fiber and have more micronutrients.
00:58Along with that, are we using whole grains? Are we using high fiber foods? We need to check this as well.
01:07And are we using protein properly in our daily consumption? We need to check this.
01:13Are we consuming omega 3 fatty acids? No, because it is really important for our heart and brain also.
01:19We get it from walnuts, flax seeds and fish which are non-vegetarian.
01:26And we need to pay more attention to whether we are using saturated fats or trans fats.
01:32For example, are we using bakery products, cakes, sweets, pastries, packaged foods, fried items, red meat, butter, dalda.
01:41So, what do these things do? They increase the saturated fats in our body. So, we need to pay more attention to these things.
