NT Labor government announces $60k property building grant re-election promise

The Chief Minister says first home builders in the territory will receive a $60,000 grant to go towards building their property if Labor is re-elected at next month's poll. Today's announcement came as the opposition also sought to make pledges of its own around multiculturalism.
