00:17Netizens visited him because of the video.

00:19You can see how happy he is to read a rider using the water gun of the Wata Wata Festival.

00:26Earlier, Mayor Zamora faced him in the media.

00:29He asked for forgiveness for his actions.

00:31I am asking for your forgiveness for what I have said to you.

00:36Especially to the rider, I am asking for your forgiveness.

00:40I want to see you.

00:42Personally, I want to ask for your forgiveness.

00:46I am also stressed.

00:48There are so many things coming out of me.

00:53Especially to my family.

00:56I don't want them to be affected.

00:58If they get mad at me, I will be the one to blame.

01:04He also said that he would stop ordering and delivering various items to his address.

01:08He said he was affected by the rider and the seller.

01:11According to Mayor Zamora, he did not receive an order to read the video.

01:16But this does not mean that he was saved from any complaints.

01:19If the rider who read the video broke his cell phone or laptop,

01:27he can be charged with reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property.

01:32But that depends on whether the rider will come here to file a complaint.

01:39Zamora also called again to all affected by the reading

01:43and went to the City Hall to file a complaint.
