00:27Among the government agencies that got the biggest allotments were the Department of Education, Commission on Higher Education, State Universities and Colleges, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, as well as the Department of Public Works and Highways, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, the Department of Interior and Local Government, and the Department of National Defense.
00:48Also included in the administration's priorities are the Department of Social Welfare and Development, Department of Agriculture, Department of Agrarian Reform, Department of Transportation, Judiciary and Department of Justice.
