00:00Bamban Mayor Alice Guo is still in the Philippines, based on the record of the Bureau of Immigration.

00:07In the middle of this, there are possible legal steps against her by the Comelec and the Solicitor General.

00:19This week, the Solicitor General will announce the legal action against Suspended Bamban Mayor Alice Guo.

00:27They are just waiting for a certified copy of the evidence found by the Solicitor General, Minarto Guevara.

00:36The Solicitor General has not given any details.

00:40According to the Bureau of Immigration, based on their record, the mayor is still in the Philippines,

00:45as well as 17 others who are included in the Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order, including Pogo in Bambantarla.

00:53There are no attempts of departure yet.

00:55The most recent one was last Saturday, when Zangjie was arrested in Davao.

01:02He attempted to escape but was arrested.

01:05According to the Commission on Elections, based on the Ombudsman and the Office of the Solicitor General,

01:10the Comelec will also investigate the filing of the case of defamation in the Omnibus Election Code

01:16due to the possibility of defamation in the filing of the Certificate of Candidacy or COC when the mayor ran away.

01:24We will talk to our law department to officially give the instruction to investigate the case,

01:33the evidence and the initial findings of the Senate.

01:37It's really good that we can wait for the report of the committee of our Senate.

01:43And if the COC will be able to get the GO for the election of 2025, it can question the Comelec about its candidacy.

01:51The Commission and Bank will make a promise that all the cases will be resolved at the division level by October.

01:57And if there will be a motion for reconsideration, it will be resolved by November.

02:02And when we print the ballot and the configuration of the machine, we will start in December, it will be clean.

02:08The Condonation Doctrine or Aguinaldo Doctrine will not be used by the GO.

02:14It is a doctrine wherein if you are re-elected, you will be forgiven for your past crimes.

02:21The Supreme Court has already abandoned it.

02:24The Aguinaldo Doctrine is no longer valid in the case of Binay v. The Court of Appeals.

02:31It has been more than eight years that they have abandoned the Aguinaldo Condonation Doctrine.

02:39So, unless the Supreme Court returns it, because that decision of Aguinaldo is logical.

02:50Ultimately, for me, it will be the people of Mamban who will speak whether or not Mayor Aguiz is qualified to lead them.

03:00According to the Pogo Hub in Porac, Pampanga, the two victims filed a complaint.

03:07They filed several complaints of human trafficking, robbery, serious physical injuries, kidnapping, and illegal detention against the Chinese middle manager of Pogo.

03:19Two of the accused are in the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission or PAOC Temporary Detention Facility in Pasay.

03:28Seven are still at large.

03:30According to the PAG-COR, they are cleaning the list of POGOs that are now called IGL or Internet Gaming Licensees.

03:39One POGO was removed by the PAG-COR of the license due to violation of the Terms of License.

03:45Three POGOs were suspended from the license due to minor violations and lack of requirements.

03:52Forty-two POGOs are now active licensed.

03:56The current PAG-COR chairperson and the chairperson of the previous administration will be invited to listen to the Senate.

04:04This is followed by what the PAG-COR said last weekend that an ex-high-ranking government official is acting as a patron for some POGOs that were raided by some.

04:15The PAG-COR should be named so that all other cabinet former ranking cabinet officials will not be suspicious.
