00:00I have two brief questions on this issue.
00:06First, Malaysia's participation in RCEP, Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership,
00:11is the best opportunity for Malaysia to expand its foreign trade market.
00:15I would like to hear the government's explanation on how the government took the opportunity
00:20to participate in RCEP to look for markets other than China.
00:24Because I see that Thailand is also focused on China, Vietnam is also focused on China,
00:28if anything happens to trade relations with China or if there is a problem,
00:32we will face the consequences.
00:34Secondly, the increase in the use of pesticides in thousands of hectares of land
00:41has an impact on the environment and our rivers.
00:44I would like to hear the government's explanation on how to control the use of pesticides
00:49that are increasing rapidly to ensure that our environment and our rivers are guaranteed.
00:55Thank you.
00:58Why China? Because China eats durian.
01:02Arab countries haven't eaten durian yet.
01:07They can't even smell it.
01:11The same goes for Europe.
01:14There are indeed Europeans who have a habit of eating durian here.
01:22But in general, they don't want to eat durian.
01:27China eats durian in large quantities.
01:30They have hundreds of millions of people who are able to afford it.
01:35So if you want to send it to another country, there is a market,
01:41but not like in China.
01:44Durian is very popular in China.
01:48The question of pest control and so on is a different matter.
01:54No matter what, we will try to market our products all over the world,
02:01especially those who need it.
02:04For example, if it's about fish,
02:07there are many more places that need to be sent and they need fish.
02:13There are still a lot of pineapple that they want
02:16and we haven't been able to provide enough demand internationally.
02:22But for durian, China has become the focus.
02:25Imagine if 10% of the population eats durian.
02:29No matter how much we plant here,
02:31it's not enough for us to trade with the Chinese people.
02:36Thank you.
