00:55Now, I can't deliver because it's broken.
00:59The resident filed a complaint against the rider.
01:02A couple also filed a complaint in Barangay Batis
01:05because they got wet but it got fixed.
01:08According to San Juan City LGU, two people were charged.
01:11Three people were filed a complaint for violation of the ordinance
01:14but the owner of the vehicle was able to fix it.
01:17While two people were accused of coercion.
01:19But in the end, the complainant withdrew the complaint.
01:24In this video, a man was still wearing a helmet
01:28while he was reading the face of a rider using a water gun.

01:35Under the City Ordinance of San Juan,
01:37as part of the prohibition in the festival,
01:40vehicles are forced to open to read what's inside
