00:00Two people were charged in connection with the riots and riots at the Wata Wata Festival in San Juan.

00:06The local government is now investigating if there are other people who participated in the riots that could have led to the riots.

00:18The Wata Wata Festival in San Juan was held this June 24.

00:21But it was criticized by those who did not want to get wet.

00:26One of the delivery riders who got wet that Monday

00:29filed a complaint of just vexation and slander in the San Juan Prosecutor's Office.

00:35Two residents were seen in the CCTV that got wet.

00:39One of them was told by the rider not to get wet but he was still poured with water.

00:44The rider touched the man's hand but it got stuck in the helmet.

00:49I told him, Boss, don't do it yet because my cell phone will get wet.

00:53I use my cell phone every day.

00:55Now, I can't deliver because it's broken.

00:59The resident filed a complaint against the rider.

01:02A couple also filed a complaint in Barangay Batis

01:05because they got wet but it got fixed.

01:08According to San Juan City LGU, two people were charged.

01:11Three people were filed a complaint for violation of the ordinance

01:14but the owner of the vehicle was able to fix it.

01:17While two people were accused of coercion.

01:19But in the end, the complainant withdrew the complaint.

01:24In this video, a man was still wearing a helmet

01:28while he was reading the face of a rider using a water gun.

01:31They talked to each other online.

01:35Under the City Ordinance of San Juan,

01:37as part of the prohibition in the festival,

01:40vehicles are forced to open to read what's inside

01:44and to wash or bathe the vehicles.

01:48But according to San Juan Mayor Francis Amora,

01:50if this video is the basis,

01:52the man did not violate their ordinance.

01:55There's no such thing as a violation of the ordinance

01:59of wearing a helmet or using a water gun.

02:05No one is complaining against the so-called man

02:08because of the prohibition.

02:09We need a private complainant

02:11to file a case here in our prosecutor's office.

02:17But we talked to a delivery rider

02:20who is being forced because someone is ordering online

02:23and he's naming the man in the video.

02:26What they're saying is that he's not the one ordering.

02:30More than 200 parcels are named to the man

02:33who did not order.

02:35There are airpods, washing, drums, cellphones.

02:39It's not *** who is being forced to do what they're doing.

02:46To avoid the chaos in the Watawata Festival
