00:00A few senators challenged the PADCORP president, who was a former official who was in charge of some illegal fireworks in the country.

00:08Ma'am Gonzales has the story.

00:14The Senate is conducting an investigation on the PADCORP's statement that a former cabinet official lobbied

00:20or helped to give a license to some illegal fireworks.

00:24Senator Risa Hontiveros said that she will call her hearing committee and she hopes that PADCORP Chairman Alejandro Tengco will come

00:32to name the former cabinet official.

00:34Senate President Cheese Escudero challenged the PADCORP to name the official.

00:39This is also the call of Senate Minority Leader Coco Pimentel.

00:43Senator Sherwin Gatchalian said that it is right for the PADCORP to finish their investigation before releasing the name.

00:50He also said that there are names that are being told to him, but he hasn't mentioned them yet because he doesn't have a document.

00:57He also said that the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission or PAOC is waiting for PADCORP to mention them.

01:02We will have a hard time if there are people who are helping them to commit these crimes,

01:10especially if those people are in the government or not.

01:17This Sunday, PAOC is expected to file the first complaint against the last kidnappers and torturers in Porac Tuguhob.

01:25It's important that we will not only be able to answer these foreign criminals, but also who helped them.

01:34Only a few Filipinos were charged, but for me, that's scary.

01:41They have the skill set to do the scam activities.

01:45The point in time would come that they will have enough capital.

01:50What if they form a group that will do the same thing?

01:53In the case of suspended Bantarlak Mayor Alice Goh,

01:57Solicitor General Menardo Guevara said that they will finalize the Coahuaranto case against Goh next week.

02:04What PAOC is now reminding is...

02:06What if that money will be used to what is dubbed as POGO politics?

02:12We already have Alice Leal-Guo, we already have Guo Ping, right?

02:17So how can we be sure that Guo Ping is the only elected politician who is sitting there?
