00:19This 28-year-old man was just walking in Marilao, Bulacan when he was arrested by the police.

00:27He was the one who was charged with the shooting of a brother in General T. De Leon, Valenzuela, three months ago.

00:36The 51-year-old man, who was known as E. King, was killed after he was shot in the head and had bruises.

00:44His younger brother was injured in his right foot.

00:48Based on the bruises, he heard gunshots and when he went out of his house, he saw his brother lying on the roadside.

01:01He also saw the suspect who was also shot when he saw this.

01:08There was also a motorcycle where the suspect was riding after the shooting.

01:13According to the authorities, the brother of the victim was involved in illegal drugs and he was also an informant of the police.

01:20There were several drug suspects who were charged with E. King and after a few days, the brutal shooting took place.

01:28The suspect hid for several months after he was taught by the victim who was saved.

01:33He was arrested and charged by the police more than a month before he was arrested.
