00:35Documents seen by the ABC allege Mr Art began yelling at Ms Kiss in the early hours of Thursday

00:42At 11.07am, a triple zero caller reported a woman screaming.
00:47By the time police arrived, just a minute later, Annette Kiss was dead.
00:52The ABC has been told that police will allege Mr Art was armed with a sword and two knives
00:57at the time of the alleged attack and that he was also in possession of a meat cleaver
01:02and a claw hammer.
01:03He's now charged with her murder.
01:05His lawyer appeared in court this morning on his behalf.
01:08My client understands the seriousness of the matter.
01:11He's instructed me not to make a release application.
01:13We're waiting for the brief of evidence and a release application will be made in due
