00:00Look, if we finally beat Medicare...
00:07Thank you, President Biden.
00:09President Trump?
00:10Well, he's right.
00:11He did beat Medicare.
00:12He beat it to death.
00:13And he's destroying Medicare, because all of these people are coming in.
00:17They're putting them on Medicare.
00:18They're putting them on Social Security.
00:20They're going to destroy Social Security.
00:22This man is going to single-handedly destroy Social Security.
00:26These millions and millions of people coming in, they're trying to put them on Social
00:29Security.
00:30He will wipe out Social Security.
00:33He will wipe out Medicare.
00:35So he was right in the way he finished that sentence.
00:37And it's a shame.
00:38What's happened to our country in the last four years is not to be believed.
00:43Foreign countries...
00:44I'm friends with a lot of people.
00:46They cannot believe what happened to the United States of America.
00:49We're no longer respected.
00:51They don't like us.
00:52We give them everything they want, and they think we're stupid.
00:56They think we're very stupid people.
00:58What we're doing for other countries, and they do nothing for us.
01:01What this man has done is absolutely criminal.
01:05Thank you, President Trump.
01:06Dana?
01:07This is the first presidential election since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.
01:13This morning, the court ruled on yet another abortion case, temporarily allowing emergency
01:19abortions to continue in Idaho, despite that state's restrictive ban.
01:24Former President Trump, you take credit for the decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, which
01:29returned the issue of abortion to the states.
01:32Correct.
01:33However, the federal government still plays a role in whether or not women have access
01:38to abortion pills.
01:41They're used in about two-thirds of all abortions.
01:45As president, would you block abortion medication?
01:49First of all, the Supreme Court just approved the abortion pill.
01:53And I agree with their decision to have done that, and I will not block it.
01:57And if you look at this whole question that you're asking, a complex, but not really complex.
02:02Fifty-one years ago, you had Roe v. Wade, and everybody wanted to get it back to the
02:08states.
02:09Everybody, without exception.
02:10Democrats, Republicans, liberals, conservatives.
02:13Everybody wanted it back.
02:14Religious leaders.
02:15And what I did is I put three great Supreme Court justices on the court, and they happened
02:20to vote in favor of killing Roe v. Wade and moving it back to the states.
02:25This is something that everybody wanted.
02:27Now, 10 years ago or so, they started talking about how many weeks and how many this, getting
02:31into other things.
02:33But every legal scholar throughout the world, the most respected, wanted it brought back
02:38to the states.
02:39I did that.
02:40Now the states are working it out.
02:42If you look at Ohio, it was a decision that was an end result that was a little bit more
02:46liberal than you would have thought.
02:48Kansas, I would say the same thing.
02:50Texas is different.
02:51Florida is different.
02:53But they're all making their own decisions right now.
02:55And right now, the states control it.
02:58That's the vote of the people.
03:00Like Ronald Reagan, I believe in the exceptions.
03:02I am a person that believes.
03:04And frankly, I think it's important to believe in the exceptions.
03:07Some people, you have to follow your heart.
03:09Some people don't believe in that.
03:10But I believe in the exceptions for rape, incest, and the life of the mother.
03:15I think it's very important.
03:17Some people don't.
03:18Follow your heart.
03:19But you have to get elected also, because that has to do with other things.
03:23You got to get elected.
03:24The problem they have is they're radical because they will take the life of a child in the
03:29eighth month, the ninth month, and even after birth.
03:32After birth, if you look at the former governor of Virginia, he was willing to do this.
03:36He said, we'll put the baby aside and we'll determine what we do with the baby, meaning
03:40we'll kill the baby.
03:42What happened is we brought it back to the states, and the country is now coming together
03:48on this issue.
03:49It's been a great thing.
03:50Thank you.
03:51President Biden?
03:52It's been a terrible thing, what you've done.
03:53The fact is that the vast majority of constitutional scholars supported Roe when it was decided.
03:58Supported Roe.
04:00And that was this idea that they were all against it is just ridiculous.
04:04And this is the guy who says the state should be able to have it.
04:06We're a state where in six weeks, you don't even know whether you're pregnant or not,
04:11but you cannot see a doctor and have him decide on what your circumstances are, whether you
04:17need help.
04:18The idea that states are able to do this is a little like saying we're going to turn
04:21civil rights back to the states, let each state have a different rule.
04:25Look, there's so many young women who have been, including a young woman who just was
04:29murdered and he went to the funeral.
04:33The idea that she was murdered by an immigrant coming in, they talk about that, but here's
04:39the deal.
04:40There's a lot of young women to be raped by their in-laws, by their spouses, brothers
04:47and sisters, by just, it's just ridiculous.
04:51And they can do nothing about it.
04:52And they try to arrest them when they cross state lines.
04:54Thank you.
04:55There have been many young women murdered by the same people he allows to come across
05:01our border.
05:02We have a border that's the most dangerous place anywhere in the world, consider the
05:06most dangerous place anywhere in the world.
05:08And he opened it up and these killers are coming into our country and they are raping
05:12and killing women.
05:14And it's a terrible thing.
05:16As far as the abortion is concerned, it is now back with the states, the states are voting.
05:20In many cases, the, it's frankly a very liberal decision.
05:23In many cases, it's the opposite, but they're voting and it's bringing it back to the vote
05:28of the people, which is what everybody wanted, including the founders.
05:32If they knew about this issue, which frankly they didn't, but they would have, everybody
05:36wanted brought back.
05:38Ronald Reagan wanted it brought back.
05:39He wasn't able to get it.
05:41Everybody wanted it brought back.
05:43And many presidents had tried to get it back.
05:46I was the one to do it.
05:47And again, this gives it the vote of the people and that's where they wanted it.
05:51Every legal scholar wanted it that way.
05:54Staying on the topic of abortion, President Biden, seven states, I'll let you do that.
06:00This is the same topic.
06:01Seven states have no legal restrictions on how far into a pregnancy a woman can obtain
06:07an abortion.
06:08Do you support any legal limits on how late a woman should be able to terminate a pregnancy?
06:13Roe v. Wade, which had three trimesters.
06:16First time is between the woman and the doctor.
06:19Second time is between the doctor and an extreme situation.
06:23The third time is between the doctor, I mean, between the woman and the state.
06:28The idea that the politicians, that the founders wanted the politicians to be the ones making
06:33decisions about a woman's health is ridiculous.
06:36That's the last.
06:37No politician should be making that decision.
06:39A doctor should be making those decisions.
06:41That's how it should be run.
06:42That's what you're going to do.
06:44And if I'm elected, I'm going to restore Roe v. Wade.
06:47So that means he can take the life of the baby in the ninth month and even after birth
06:52because some states, Democrat run, take it after birth.
06:56Again, the governor, former governor of Virginia, put the baby down, then we decide what to
07:00do with it.
07:01So he's willing to, as we say, rip the baby out of the womb in the ninth month and kill
07:06the baby.
07:08Nobody wants that to happen, Democrat or Republican.
07:11Nobody wants it to happen.
07:12You're lying.
07:13That is simply not true.
07:15The Roe v. Wade does not provide for that.
07:18That's not the circumstance.
07:19Only if a woman's life is in danger, she's going to die.
07:22That's the only circumstance in which that can happen.
07:24We are not for late-term abortion, period, period, period.
07:28Under Roe v. Wade, you have late-term abortion.
07:31You can do whatever you want, depending on the state.
07:33You can do whatever you want.
07:35We don't think that's a good thing.
07:36We think it's a radical thing.
07:38We think the Democrats are the radicals, not the Republicans.
07:41For 51 years, that was the law.
07:4351 years, Constitutional scholarship said it was the right way to go.
07:4651 years, and it was taken away because this guy put very conservative members on the Supreme
07:51Court.
07:52He gets credit for taking it away.
07:54What's he going to do?
07:55What's he going to do, in fact, if the MAGA Republicans, he gets elected, and the MAGA
08:00Republicans control the Congress, and they pass a universal ban on abortion, period,
08:05across the board at six weeks or seven or eight or 10 weeks, something very, very conservative?
08:10Is he going to sign that bill?
08:12I'll veto it.
08:13He'll sign it.
08:14Thank you.
