00:00This creamy chicken fajita pasta needs to be on your dinner rotation.
00:03Start by combining chili powder, cumin, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and oregano in a bowl.
00:07Sprinkle half of that over your chicken. Cook it until it's browned on all sides.
00:11Take that out and add in your bell peppers and just cook them for just about a minute.
00:14Take them out and then add a little more oil to your pot.
00:17Add in your garlic and onion and stir that until it's soft, just a couple minutes.
00:21Then deglaze your pot with some chicken broth and salsa.
00:24Use a wooden spoon to scrape up any brown bits.
00:27Add in some milk and your uncooked pasta.
00:29Stir that to combine then add back in your chicken and bell peppers
00:32and bring that mixture just to a boil.
00:34Reduce it to a simmer.
00:35The whole thing takes about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every few minutes
00:38and you're going to cook that until your pasta is al dente.
00:40Stir in the rest of that seasoning blend along with some cheddar cheese
00:43until it's all melty and creamy.
00:45I top it off with a little more cheese and some cilantro and serve it up.
00:50Mmm, 10 out of 10.
