00:41is, you know, our training is first class. We've got fantastic youth teams as well, you
00:46know, and it's about expanding your knowledge as well because, you know, whatever you do
00:51outside, we do have healthcare professionals that join us as well. So, you know, St John
00:58Ambulance becomes a way of life, but it's, you know, to help anyone and become resilient
01:05so that we can support the NHS.
