00:00levels. Of all of the issues that I speak about, maybe 10 people who I speak to, at least five of
00:05them will say that they have challenges in making sure that they have appropriate provision.
00:10Putting VAT on those parents who might not have any HCP plan and there's a significant number of
00:17them is going to harm those people, those parents and those children who are already waiting one
00:24year, two years, sometimes three years in order for a place. It is an extremely unjust policy.
00:30We must provide proper funding. We must provide proper funding for schools.
00:35Did you go to private school?
00:37Pardon me?
00:37Did you go to private school?
00:39No, I didn't. And actually, you know, I wore patches on my trousers. My parents worked
00:43in factories. My father worked overnight in Clark's Bakery and we lived without heating.
00:48I did not go to private school. My parents worked very hard and all of you
00:53need that opportunity as well. If parents want to support their children in order to get an
00:58education, why should we take that away from them? We need to give everybody the opportunity
01:03of a fair education. That doesn't mean taking it away from one and giving it to another.
