00:00It's been a while since I've been to a pub, but I tend to try not to go to chains.
00:05In particular one that's around Glasgow.
00:09Yeah, no, I like to go to like Workseas for example,
00:14but in general I'll meet people at a restaurant more than a pub.
00:18I don't drink, so it's not really something I do very often,
00:21but my local pub where I stay in Cumbernauld was closed down and knocked down,
00:26and it was because of a lack of customers.
00:30I just think it's the economy right now, I think capitalism's killing everything.
00:35I just feel like whether you're a small business and that's a pub,
00:39or you're a small business like a shop owner, whatever it is,
00:42I feel like everybody's struggling right now.
00:44I try to avoid chain bars because I think we should support the independent,
00:50plus they're all the same,
00:52and I don't feel that there's ever really an atmosphere, a genuine atmosphere.
00:57So yeah, that's me and Nonno for me, no chain bars.
