00:00The Job Start programme basically is an initiative through the Department of Communities which
00:16fund job opportunities within each of the trusts.
00:20Within that pre-employment programme the young people were able to develop a range of different
00:25skills linked to employability.
00:27As part of that process we were delighted to take two young people on to the HOPE team
00:34and what we're hoping to do is again build some of those employability skills with the
00:40young people and to give them an insight into what the HOPE team do and develop their skills
00:46and see where they want to go in the future.
00:48Just stick to it, keep your head into it because if you don't you're going to fall back down
00:53because I was down and then my friends and my family were just like Natasha keep pushing
00:59yourself no matter if you fail or aren't successful just keep pushing and that's what I've done
01:06and I ended up here.
01:08So it was helpful for me and big support actually to get the opportunity to start with the HOPE
01:17team.
01:18Well I've been working with some of the young people for approximately nearly two years
01:22now so it's great to see them grow and develop and see their confidence and see sort of them
01:29flourish within their job roles.
01:32Cattle was my biggest support to push me because I always think of like it's the confidence.
01:40I was happy because I said to my family I was like I got a job and they were like well
01:45we're so proud of you you know from where you were to now you've obviously moved up
01:50in the world and that was, they were just proud.
