00:30Good morning everyone and thank you Cheryl for that kind, I think, introduction.
00:45There was me thinking canvassing was allowing me to shed some weight. Thank
00:51you so much. Welcome to the launch of our general election manifesto. I want to
00:58thank our hosts this morning and I am particularly delighted that we are
01:01gathered at this fantastic facility which is so treasured by our local
01:06community. I am joined by my general election candidate colleagues at our
01:12manifesto launch and I want to thank everyone gathered here today for your
01:17efforts and your contribution to the massive ground campaign across every
01:22part of Northern Ireland. We know from our doorstep conversations that our
01:27message is getting through and it's ready. It's clear that voters in every
01:33constituency are alive to the big issues of the campaign and they know that it's
01:37teams from this party that are knocking doors and having real engagement. Voters
01:44can tell the difference between those who have been fighting for them and can
01:48win for them and those that can't win. I don't care if they splinter the
01:54pro-union vote and reduce the number of pro-union MPs representing Northern
01:59Ireland in our Parliament. The publication of our manifesto marks 10 days to polling
02:07day. On the 4th of July voters will face a clear choice. The choice made in 10
02:14days time will determine who will go to Parliament and whether they will be
02:18representatives unashamedly making the case for Northern Ireland wanting to
02:22promote it and doing what is best for it.
