Appeal for Justice and Safety in Bengal Apartments . #Bengal #SocialIssues

In Bengal, citizens often find their requests for justice to the President, Prime Minister, or Home Minister are forwarded to the state, citing constitutional clauses. Despite warnings to avoid state involvement, the state administration alerts compromised local police and district officials, tied to land sharks. This leads to immediate changes to the ground reality, such as ponds being filled with black sand in the dark, later declared fit for multi-storey buildings. Soil and water tests confirm these changes, but no one complains, even as loud programmes block lanes until late at night, disturbing emergency routes to hospitals.

Senior women are harassed without witnesses, while politically supported individuals face no scrutiny. For example, a senior lady was stalked for six months by an apartment night guard and a renter on the open road. Opposition leaders protesting against wrongdoing receive central government protection, unlike common society members who suffer without support. Such individuals, including retired government employees, often find their wards labelled as psychics despite having numerous certificates and media coverage that later goes silent.

Misuse of power has led to the disappearance of apartment maintenance records after October 2006. Situations were manipulated to favour specific individuals, with renters turning into owners and guards receiving moral, legal, political, and monetary support. By 2019, new apartments emerged, continuing the prior conspiracy with new strategies, dismissing concerns as irrelevant.

Politicians and police should compensate us for the impact on our son's focus, concentration, and lost opportunities. The demotivation and distractions have severely affected his life, similar to how the retirement of family parents was ruined. This situation continues, with no real protection or justice for common people. This is just a hint of the broader issues.
